MORE than 90 Kina Bank workers recently made a personal health decision to take a step toward better health by participating in a free eye-screening program with Pacific International Hospital (PIH).
The turnout showed how eager employees are to look after their health and learn about regular eye checks. The program gave staff a clear look at their vision health and helped them spot potential issues before they became serious.
Kina Bank says investing in employee health is an investment in its people and future. The bank said that programs like this give employees access to important health care that they might otherwise skip during busy work and personal lives.
Good vision is important for general wellbeing, workplace safety, productivity, and quality of life. The bank added that it was happy to see so many people join and encouraged everyone to make regular health checks part of their wellness routine.
This eye screening is part of Kina Bank’s regular focus on employee wellbeing, helping build a workplace that supports prevention, early treatment, and healthy living.
Kina Bank thanked Pacific International Hospital for partnering with them to run the screening and help employees take a positive step toward better eye health.
